Development agreement signed for Aylesbury's Waterside Scheme

A DEVELOPMENT agreement has been signed for the regeneration of Aylesbury town centre, it has been announced this afternoon.
The deal for the Waterside project has been signed between Warner Estate and Aylesbury Vale District Council.

The £100m scheme is being developed by Warner in partnership with the local council, and the two parties jointly own the site.

The scheme will see 30 new shops, a food store, 750 car parking spaces and a new public space cone to Aylesbury.
